10. Reconnect the hose from the analyzer to the oil vapor trap using the clamp and wing nut as
described in step 9 above.
11. Plug the pump power cord into the power source.
Cleaning the Analyzer
The analyzer should be cleaned every six months, or sooner if required.
Clean the outside casing of the analyzer (including the shields) with a clean cloth dampened with iso-
propyl alcohol (IPA), a mild detergent in water, or a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. It is not necessary
to remove any switches or screws to clean the outside casing.
Use a mild detergent in water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the shields. Avoid
using acetone because it will damage the surface of the shields.
