Fields in the ACD Statistics Screen
Table 45 describes the function of each field and button in the ACD
Statistics screen. ACD Statistics also shows the Resource Contention
statistics. (Contention occurs when the NBX system does not have a port
available to assign to an ACD group.)

Description
Displays the phone extension for this ACD.
Displays the name of the ACD that is associated with this
extension.
Displays the total number of agents logged in at the time
you invoked the Statistics screen.
Displays the number of calls that are currently in the call
waiting queue of this ACD.
Calls to this ACD that were answered since the last reset of
the statistics facility.
Calls to this ACD that were dropped since the last reset of
the statistics facility.
Total number of calls to this ACD group that have been
received since the last reset of the statistics facility.
The date/time stamp at which the statistics facility was last
reset (call counters reset to zero) for this particular ACD
group.
List of agents' extensions associated with this ACD group.
Selects all ACD extensions for further action on your part.
Clears all statistics and resource contention data.
Resets the statistics facility to zero. If you have enabled the
Select All function, the statistics for all ACD groups are
reset to zero.
Extension number associated with this contention event.
Name of the ACD group that could not be assigned a port,
causing the contention event.
Number of times that the contention event occurred.
List of the most recent occurrences of a contention event
with this extension in this ACD group.
Brings the Announcement Resource Contention Report
data up-to-date.
