To delete a NAT policy, perform the following step from the CLI:
OCG-Adsl>>delete nat policy <policy name> interface <interface name>
The private range may be larger than the public range of IP Addresses.
Modifying the Interface Option
To modify the interface option, perform the following step from the CLI:
OCG-Adsl>>set nat interface <interface name> option <disable/NAT
/PAT/SUPERNAT>
The following procedures describe how to configure VPNs from the CLI.
If you are using Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000 Pro, you need to make
the following changes to the system registry in order for IPSec and L2TP tunnels to
work properly.
1 Start the Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2 Locate the following key in the registry:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasman\Parame
ters
3 On the Edit menu, click Add Value and then add the following registry value:
Value Name: ProhibitIpSec
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
4 Quit the Registry Editor.
5 Reboot your PC for the changes you made to the Registry Settings to take effect.
A Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel
can be configured from the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the OfficeConnect
Gateway.
To configure a PPTP VPN tunnel from the CLI, perform the following steps:
PPTP Initiation
To initiate a PPTP tunnel, you must enter a series of PPTP Initiation commands.
The following example shows the CLI commands that are used to perform PPTP
Initiation.
OCG-Adsl>>set system transmit_authentication_name <OCG>
OCG-Adsl>>add tunnel <OCG> type pptp server_endpoint <210.3.3.107>
secret <OCG>
OCG-Adsl>>disable tunnel <OCG>
OCG-Adsl>>set tunnel <OCG> idle 90
