This command redefines the name of a DNS server, which was defined using the
add dns server command. Use the list dns servers command to see the
currently defined DNS servers.

These commands Displays settings for all DNS servers. (Note: the show dns
settings command displays exactly the same information as is displayed for the

Domain Name - default domain name to be used if no domain is specified in
the name to be resolved.
Number Retries per Server - number of times the resolve name request will
be sent to each Name Server, if the server fails to respond to a request before
the timeout period.
Timeout Period in Seconds - number of seconds to wait before deciding a
request to a Name Server has timed out.
Cache Max TTL - Maximum Time-To-Live period in seconds for resource
records in this cache.
Negative Cache Max TTL - Maximum Time-To-Live period in seconds for
negative cached authoritative errors.
Caching - Indicates whether function is enabled or disabled.
Negative Caching - Indicates whether function is enabled or disabled.
Host Rotation - Indicates whether function is enabled or disabled.

Description
Priority of the name server in name searches from 1 (highest) to 10
(lowest).
Designation - must be unique - given the DNS server. This field is
optional, but is useful for keeping track of name servers. You can
also supply the domain name. The limit is 64 ASCII characters.
