OMMANDS
This section describes the PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) commands accessible from
the CLI. The Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) is a communications protocol used to
send data across serial communication links. The PPP protocol is actually
composed of several underlying protocols.
PPP provides router-to-router and host-to-network connections over both
synchronous and asynchronous circuits.
The following table identifies the PPP commands described in this chapter.
