Replacing the Groomer Belt (Forward Rotating Groomer Drive)

Belt Driven Groomer: Service and Repairs
1. Park machine on level surface. Turn key switch to the O
remove key from the switch. Ensure that the traction lever is in the N
position.
2. Disconnect the battery pack; refer to
(page 8–3).

1. Groomer drive cover
3. Remove 3 locknuts that secure groomer drive cover, then remove cover
(Figure 184).

2. Idler pulley
4. Pivot idler pulley by placing a 12 mm wrench on pulley nut and rotating idler
bracket to relax belt tension. Slip groomer drive belt off pulleys
Carefully release idler bracket.
5. Install new drive belt to drive pulley, idler pulley, and driven pulley observing
correct belt routing
6. Secure belt cover to machine with 3 locknuts
7. Connect the battery pack; refer to
(page 8–3).
