∗1. This alarm will occur only for a SERVOPACK for analog voltage references.
Meaning
The pulse output speed upper limit of the set
encoder output pulse (Pn212) is exceeded.
Incorrect vibration at the motor speed was
detected.
Vibration was detected while performing tun-
ing-less function.
The servomotor was operating for several sec-
onds to several tens of seconds under a torque
largely exceeding ratings.
The servomotor was operating continuously
under a torque exceeding ratings.
The heat sink of the SERVOPACK exceeded
90°C.
The power supplies to the encoder all failed and
position data was lost.
The checksum results of encoder memory is
incorrect.
The battery voltage was lower than the specified
value after the control power supply was turned
ON.
Data in the encoder is incorrect.
The encoder was rotating at high speed when
the power was turned ON.
The internal temperature of encoder is too high.
The A/D converter for speed reference input is
faulty.
A/D conversion data of speed reference input is
incorrect.
The A/D converter for torque reference input is
faulty.
The current detection circuit for phase U is
faulty.
The current detection circuit for phase V is
faulty.
The detection circuit for the current is faulty.
"Internal program error 0" of the SERVOPACK
occurred.
"Internal program error 1" of the SERVOPACK
occurred.
"Internal program error 2" of the SERVOPACK
occurred.
"Internal program error 3" of the SERVOPACK
occurred.
"Internal program error 4" of the SERVOPACK
occurred.
The servomotor ran out of control.
The multiturn for the absolute encoder was not
properly cleared or set.
Communications between the SERVOPACK
and the encoder is not possible.
