004-345 HVPS Communication Error

BSD-ON:CH9.2

Communication failure between the ESS/MCU PWB and the HVPS was detected.

Cause/Action

Turn the power OFF and ON.

Turn OFF the power and check the connection between the HVPS

for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.

If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence:

Initial Issue

WorkCentre 5021/5019

and the ESS/

Status Indicator RAPs
