Router-N(configure)# no arp timeout

clear arp-cache

Use the clear arp-cache command to delete all dynamic entries from the ARP
cache and the IP route cache.
The syntax for this command is:
clear arp-cache[<vlan>|<ip addr>[<mask>]]

clear arp-cache
clear arp-cache marketing_vlan
clear arp-cache 30
clear arp-cache 192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0

clear ip route

Use the clear ip route command to delete all the dynamic routing entries from
the Routing Table.
The syntax for this command is:
clear ip route * | <ip-addr> [<ip-mask>]

Examples:
clear ip route *
clear ip route 192.168.49.1 255.255.255.0

default-metric (Interface context)

Use the default-metric command to set the interface RIP route metric value.
The no form of this command restores the default value (1).
