b. Carefully rotate the thumbscrew to tighten the release lever [2].
6. Ensure that the ESM extension cable passes through the cable guide on the
SMOD motherboard [1].
7. Connect the Energy Storage Module (ESM) extension cable connector to the
connector on the HBA [2].
