Error cause (details)
A transient request was issued to
a station that had not secured a
communication buffer.
When a dedicated instruction
was executed, the
communication buffer size of the
corresponding station was
outside the range.
When the dedicated instruction
was executed, the transient data
length was greater than the
communication buffer size of the
corresponding station.
A hardware error has been
detected.
A hardware error has been
