The following processing items can be used as alignment processing items.

This processing item sets and retains data that is related to
a stage.
Stage Data
Enter the data based on the specifications of the stage to
use.
This processing item sets and retains data that is related to
the robot.
Robot Data
Enter the data based on the specifications of the robot to
use.
This processing item is specifically for the calibration of the
Camera coordinates and external device coordinates.
Vision Master
This processing item automatically calculates all axis
Calibration
movements of the external device that are required for
calibration. This allows the calibration process to be carried
out with greater ease and precision.
This processing item is specifically for the calibration of the
Camera coordinates and external device coordinates.
PLC Master Calibration
This processing item allows you to freely set the axis
movement of the external device that is required for
calibration.
This processing item is used to reference calibration data
and distortion data that is stored in other processing items.
Calibration Data
The referenced data is used to perform coordinate
Reference
conversion processing and distortion correction on the
measurement results that follow this processing item.
This processing item calculates all axis movements of the
Calc Axis Move
external device that are required to match the measured
position and angle to the reference position and angle.
This processing item calculates all axis movements of the external
device that are required to match the measured position to the
Calc Axis Move by
reference position.
Multipoint
You can set up to eight points each for the measured position and
reference position.
This processing item calculates the position data and angle
data after each axis of the external device is moved by a
required amount. Use this processing item when you want
Transfer Position Data
to move the stage by a required amount, and then perform a
measurement to obtain the position data and angle data
before the stage was moved.
This processing item uses the measurement results from

marks move on the image while each axes of the external
Machine Simulator
device is being controlled. You can use it to verify the operation

robot is not available.
