n639 This parameter passes on the table distribution to the
Table Info parameter ranges.
2639 In the table configuration (U615 = 4), there are max. 8
tables with a total of 400 points covering the areas
from parameter XXXX in the odd-numbered indices
to parameter XXXX in the even-numbered indices
in the format:

Z/E : 1...50 Index of the interpolation point
