Repaired Part Procedure
1. Select [Thermistor (Main Board)].

2. Confirm the value (A/D value) displayed on
(Main Board) the screen, and compare it with the threshold
value on the right column.
1. Select [Paper Thickness Sensor 1].
2. Remove the Upper Rear Cover.

3. Insert/Remove paper into/from the
Sensor 1
transmission and reception section of the
sensor.
1. Select [Paper Thickness Sensor 2].
2. Remove the Upper Rear Cover.

3. Insert/Remove paper into/from the
Sensor 2
transmission and reception section of the
sensor.
1. Select [Paper Guide Sensor].

Sensor 2. Open and close the Paper Guide a few times.
1. Select [Maintenance Box 2 Lever Sensor].

2. Switch the position of the lock lever of the
2 Lever Sensor
Maintenance Box2 to lock or unlock.
