Dependency: r0052 bit 03 "Inverter fault active": Output of bit 3 (Fault) will be inverted on digital output (Low = Fault,
High = No Fault);
r0052 bit 06 "On inhibit" is active with OFF2 or OFF3 and becomes disabled with OFF1, NOT OFF2 and
NOT OFF3.
