With Explorer (or Internet Explorer)
Step 1 Start [Explorer].
Step 2 Enter the FTP command in the [Address] field.
Key in "ftp://<user name>:<password>@<MONITOUCH IP address>". Press the Enter
key.
* When you use Explorer or Internet Explorer, key in "ftp://<user
name>:<password>@<MONITOUCH IP address>".
Typing only "ftp://<MONITOUCH IP address>" may end in failure of user
authentication.
