10. Hot Roller Temperature Adjustment

checking the copy quality with customer's paper.
2. Set SP 52 to check the hot roller temperature.

1. Select idling period using Set SP 61.
: Unfused copy with thick paper or paper curl with thin
n o t b e c o r r e c t e d b y f u s i n g p r e s s u r e
p a p e r c a n
adjustment.
: To satisfy customer's paper applications.
: Well fused copy without curl
: SP 49 (from 175 to 190°C, 1°C/step)
: Changes hot roller operating temperature.
: T h e f o l l o w i n g i t e m s c a u s e u n f u s e d c o p y e v e n a f t e r
five minutes idling.
1. Customer's paper is thick.
2. Power source drops by more than five percent.
3. Room temperature is less than 15°C in the morning.
: To meet the customer's environment.
: Well fused copy.
