2. Duplex Transport and Fork Gate Units Removal
1.
Turn off the main switch and open the front cover.
2.
Remove the settler bar [A], the lower inner cover [B] (2 screws), and
t h e t r a n s p o r t u n i t p o s t [ C ] ( 2 s c r e w s ) .

Lower the transport unit, and remove the duplex transport unit cover
[E] (1 screw). Then, remove the duplex transport unit [F] (2 screws).
4.
Remove the rear cover (2 screws), and remove the main board (2
screws, leave connectors inserted).
from the fork gate unit.
5.
Lower the fork gate unit [G], and press down the lever [H] on the
bottom of the rear, right corner of the fork gate unit. Then, pull the
fork gate unit to the right, and remove it.
NOTE:
When reinstalling the fork gate unit, press the 1st & 2nd fork
gate [I] with your fingers to avoid the fork gate from being
damaged.
Then, remove the connectors
