3. Tray Wire Replacement

Unplug the tray power supply cord.
Front Wire -
-
Remove the following parts:
Front cover (2 screws and 1 connector)
Nylon clamp holding the operation board
- Rear Wire -
Remove the following parts:
Rear cover (4 screws)
Transformer assembly with tray
and 1 nylon clamp)
Drive motor assembly (2 screws
Ac power terminal (2 screws) and safety switch assembly (2 short
screws)
Safety switch actuator assembly (2 E-rings)
harness (1 screw)
main board (1 screw, 5 connectors,
and 2 connectors)
