Front Wheel Assembly - Honda 2004 CRF250X Service Manual

FRONT WHEEl/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Install the remover head into the bearing.
From the opposite side of the wheel, i nstall the
remover shaft and drive the bearing out of the
wheel hub.
Remove the distance col lar and drive out the outer
bearing.
TOOLS:
Bearing remover head, 20 mm 07746-0050600
Bearing remover shaft 07GGD·0010100
NOTE:
• Never reinstall o ld bearings; once the bearings
have been removed, they must be replaced with
new ones .
• Replace the bearings in pairs.

Place the hub in the center of the rim, and begin the , - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -,
lacing with new spokes.

± 1.0

hub left end surface to the side of the rim is 2B.0 t (1 ;10 ± 0.04 in)
