Fork Damper Refilling/Assembly - Honda 2004 CRF250X Service Manual

FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Coat the slider and guide bush ings with fork oil and
install the sllder into the outer tube.
Drive in the guide bushing together with the backup
ring into the outer tube using the special tool.
Drive the oil seal into the out er tube using the spe-
cial tool .
TOOLS:
Fork seal driver, 47 mm

GUIDe BUSHING
Install the stopper ring into the groove in the slider.
Install the dust seal.
