Apply oil to a new oil seal outer surface.
Install a new left crankshaft bearing oil seal
to
the
specified depth below the crankcase surface as
shown.

Remove the

Remove the screws and countershaft beari ng set
plates.
Remove the snap ring from the left
crankcase.
