Starter Clutch Installation - Honda 2004 CRF250X Service Manual

CLUTCH / STARTER CLUTCH/KICKSTARTER/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Install the snap ring securely.
INSTALLATION
Install the dowel pin.
Install the starter gear holder assembly and socket
bolt.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 22 N 'm (2.2 kgf·m , 16Ibf.ft)
Install the starter clutch while al igning its wide cut·
out in the splines with the punch mark on the
mainshaft.
