Main Relay Inspection - Honda 2004 CRF250X Service Manual

MAIN RELAY (,04, '05)
INSPECTION
Remove the left side cover (page 2-3).
Disconnect the mai n relay 4P connec t or, then
remove the relay.
LIGHTS/METER/SWITCHES
Connect the ohmemet er to the main relay connector

terminals.
CONNECTION : Red tenninal - Gray terminal
Connect the 12 V battery to the main relay connec-
tor terminals.
CONNECTION : Red termina l - Black te rminal
There should be continuity only when the 12 V bat-
tery is connector terminals.
If there is no continu ity when the' 2 V battery is
connected, replace the main relay.
