Oil Pump Assembly - Honda 2004 CRF250X Service Manual

ASSEMBLY
Coat the oil pump rotors with oil .
Install the outer rotor and oil pump shah into leh
crankcase.
Install the inner rotor aligning the cUI-out of the
inner rotor wi th the cut-out of the oil pump shaft.
Install the one-way valve onto the left crankcase as
shown.
Install the new gasket and dowel pins.
Assemble the left and right crankcase (page 12-21 I.
Install the engine to the frame (page 7-7).
Install the drive pin into the oil pump shaft.
Install the oil pump driven gear aligning its cut-outs
with the drive pin.
Install the following:
- Balancer (page 12-6)
- Flywheel (page 11-6)
- left crankcase cover (page 11 .7)
