Replace the piston,
cups, sprmg, snap
flng and boot as a
set, do not
substitute
individual
Remove the push rod, master piston and spring.
Clean
the inside of the cylinder with brake
fluid.
INSPECTION
Check the piston boot, primary cup and secondary
cup
for fatigue
or damage.
Check the master
cylinder
and piston for abnormal
scratches.
Measure the master cylinder

ASSEMBLY
Coat all of the parts with clean
brake
fluid before
assembly.
Dip the piston

brake fluid.
Install the spring
to the
piston.
