To link to an existing CallPilot user

Action
From the Active directory screen, right click and select properties of
the user you want to link.
Result: The active Directory user's property page appears.
Click on the CallPilot tab.
Result: The screen displays the user's status. In this case, the
Create and Link buttons are active.
Click on the Link button.
Result: The Link CallPilot User dialog box appears. If the CallPilot
server is not defined, click on the Servers button, and follow steps
3 b to e under "Creating a new CallPilot User from the Directory
Extension" on "To create a new CallPilot user from the Directory
Extension" (page 82).
Select the desired Server and Synchronization Profile from the
drop-down lists.
