beyond the outer edge (towards you as you snâp it into
place) of the white button.
3. Re-eûgage temp. cable retaining cup to bellcrank\
verlcal post.
4. Move temp. cont.ol lever full travel in both
directions (full HOT-full COLD) to âutomaticâlly allow
cable adjustment--you should be heâring temp. door "thud"
ât its open ând clos€d position.
F Series Turnbuckle.Type
L Place tempêrâture lever l,/16 inch from 'full" cold
position (firll left).
2. Àdjust turnbuckle until temperature door is seat€d.
3. Move tempe$ture levef full ight ând back to full
left. Door should be heârd hitting. Seât ând lever should
stop slightly short of end of slot.
4. If door is not heârd seâting or if lever is more than
l,/8 inch from end of slot, repeat Steps 2 and 3 until cable
is properly âdjùsted.
X Series Sloitsd-Clip Cables
1. Attach Cable to Control Assembly.
2. Place Control temperature lever in "OFF" position.
3. Place opposite loop of câble on H€ater Case
temperature door post.
4- Push sheath towâ.d Heater l€ver until temp. valve
(door) seats and lash is out of cable and Control.
5, Tighten screw to secuæ câble,
