8. Wiih the proper size wrench over the bleeder valve,
altach bleeder tube. The discharge end must hang
submerged in a clean container partialiy filied with brake
fluid.
When bleeding the 'A" câf drum brâkes, it will be
necessa.y to use Tool J-28434 on th€ bleeder screw. Attach
the bleeder tubing !o the tool aûd submerge the other €nd
in a ciean contâiner partially filled with brâke fluid.
9. Open the bleeder valve at leâst 3/4 turn and allow
flow to continue until no air is se€n in the fluid.
10. Close the bleed valvej be sute it seals.
11. Repeat Steps 7-9 for the remaining bleeder valves

12. Check the pedal feel for "sponginess" and repeat
the entire procedur€ if necessary.
13. Dispose of âll removed brake fluid.
14. Remove the metering valve acruâtor from rhe
combination vâlve and tighter the mounting bola.
15. Disconn€ct bleeder equipment from the brake
16. Remove bleeder adapter. Wipe all areâs dry if fluid
was spilled during adapter removal.
17. Fill master cylinder rese oir(s) to proper level and
