IRQ4: For the interval timer function, the 8-bit PWM timer generates an interrupt request if
interrupt request output is enabled (CNTR: TIE = "1") when the counter value matches
the value set in the COMR register. (No interrupt requests are generated when the PWM
function is operating.)
