MB89620 Series Features
The MB89620 series are single-chip microcontrollers use the F
can operate at low voltage but at high-speed.
The microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as timers, serial
interfaces, an A/D converter, and an external interrupt. The MB89620 series is
applicable to a wide range of applications from consumer products to industrial
equipment, including portable devices.

20-bit timebase timer
Two serial interfaces (8-bit serial I/O-1, 8-bit serial I/O-2 )
l
Switchable transfer direction (MSB first or LSB first) allows communication with various
equipment.
l
8-bit A/D converter: 8 channels
Sense function enabling voltage comparison at 4.8 µ s (at 10 MHz source oscillation)
•
•
Activation by an external clock input capable
l
External interrupt: 4 channels
Four channels are independent and capable of wake-up from low-power consumption modes
(with an edge detection function).
Low-power consumption (standby modes)
l
•
Stop mode (Oscillation stops to minimize the current consumption.)
•
Sleep mode (The CPU stops to reduce the current consumption to approx. 1/3 of normal.)
