By the resonator connected external, this circuit generates a clock as the source oscillation
(F ). The stop bit in the STBC register changes this circuit to stop mode to stop the oscillation.

Supply of the operating clock to the CPU is stopped in the standby modes (sleep and stop).
Supply of the clock to the CPU is stopped until the clock supply stop signal in the oscillation
stabilization delay time selector is released.
Oscillation stabilization delay time selector

This register selector selects two types of the oscillation stabilization delay time (optional)
generated from the timebase timer and outputs the time as the clock supply stop signal to the
CPU.
