The two-level Index contains the most important terms, both as a separate entry
and also under the relevant generic term. The page numbers of the cross-refer-
ences provide an indication of the context in which the term is used. The term
DECT, for example, occurs on page 2.91 in connection with routing elements, on
page 3.41 in connection with planning, and on page 4.19 in connection with
installation.
