Call Distribution and Direct Dialling
5. Define the user groups (see "User Group", Page 2.80)
– Subscriber
– Call distribution type
– Operator Console element if required
– General call element if required
– Set the delays.
6. Set up the direct dialling plans, DDI numbers and call distribution elements
(see "Direct Dialling Plan (DDI Plan)", Page 2.66 and "Call Distribution Ele-
ment (CDE)", Page 2.69).
A call distribution element is automatically allocated to each DDI number cre-
ated.
You can also define ranges for DDI numbers. If so, the question is whether
only the DDI numbers that match the internal subscribers are to be created
(see "Call Routing", Page 2.115).
7. Edit the direct dialling plans and call distribution elements:
– If required, adapt the allocation of call distribution elements to the DDI
numbers in the direct dialling plan menu.
– If necessary, use the Call Distribution Elements menu to adapt the destina-
tions in accordance with the switch groups.
8. Create other direct dialling plans and call distribution elements and define
them for internal subscribers and internal PISN subscribers. Define the desti-
nations in accordance with the switch groups. Complement the numbering
plans accordingly.
