Numbering of Pages, Tables and Figures
The numbering of each part of the Manual begins on page 1. The page number
is preceded by the number of the Manual part: "Page 2.123" is page 123 of Part
2. The numbering of tables and figures also begins with 1 in each part: "Tab.
2.34" is Table 34 in Part 2.
Tables of Contents
Each part is preceded by a table of contents, with headings structured down to
the 4th chapter level.
