For Better Information
Here's how every call gets off to a good start: Thanks to CLIP, OfficeCall identifies
the caller and automatically opens a window with customer data in the associated
application (Outlook or Lotus Notes). All important information is immediately vis-
ible to the user. A detailed call journal has information about all answered calls
with relevant information about call numbers, names, times and call durations.
This makes it possible, for example, to precisely calculate and document consul-
tation service charges in solicitor's and trustee's offices.
Operation
OfficeCall delivers the most important telephony functions using just six user pan-
els. From answering calls to conferencing. The functions can be operated by
mouse click or by using freely configurable functions keys on the PC keyboard.
Team Player
The graphical user interface of the busy lamp field displays the status of your team
colleagues, allows answering calls on free telephones and enables calls to be ini-
tiated directly by double clicking. The busy lamp field permits monitoring of up to
30 Office terminals. In networked Ascotel systems, even colleagues in other
branches can be monitored.
