10. All hardware and software included in the sales order must be installed and all licensed
resources tested.
11. All peripherals must be installed and successfully tested (video, keyboard, mouse, and so
on).
12. The attached Installation Checklist and Report is completed, reviewed with the customer,
and signed by the field engineer and customer.
