The following modules can cause TMS hardware initialization errors:
• FPGA
• memory
• card initialization
- base card Initialization
- MDM Initialization
- ALI
- DCC
The TMS hardware generates alarms due to the following conditions:
• defective hardware
• hardware configuration files corrupt or unreachable by TMS
• hardware or software versions incompatible
• network configuration
• bootp configuration is incorrect
Troubleshooting TMS Hardware Initialization Errors
Use the serial console output to isolate a configuration error from defective hardware. (See
