1. The Input Terminal Block is intended to supply cabinet devices that already have internal power
redundancy (multiple power supplies). Each feed can provide 60 amps at 48 VDC.
2. The DC PDU is rated at maximum 30 amps per PDU; to maintain reliable redundancy, each leg must be
configured to consume a maximum of 15 amps DC. The PDU is intended to provide power fail
protection for cabinet items that do not have redundant power supplies, power switches, or circuit
breakers of their own.
3. The DC Power Distribution Unit (DC PDU) is intended to provide redundant power. In case of one leg
failure, the total current (leg 1 + leg 2) cannot exceed the single leg rating of 100 Amps. Total current
depends on equipment configuration.
