Executing the Netinstall Configuration Script

The netinstall script automates most of the configuration for both the /etc/hosts and /etc/bootptab
files.
Note:
You must log on as root to execute this script.
Prior to running the netinstall script you must know:
• The Ethernet (MAC) address of each TMS installed in the system. This
information is located on a label affixed to the front sheet metal of each card.
• How to configure the bootptab and hosts files using netinstall.
Note:
The following sample netinstall outputs are examples only (although Chassis #1 is shown, the
default is Chassis #15).
