Error name Error detail and cause
File Access Error The following operations was
attempted in the engineering tool
and SLMP path.
• An access (read/write) from
other request source to written
file was operated.
• A write from other request
source to access (read/write)
file was operated.
WDT Error Detected • System memory setting
WDT error when the memory
was not secured in function
that influences control.
• Programming
It exceeded 2.0 [s] from
executing start to executing
end. (Initial execution type)
The operation time of all
normal operation type program
exceeded 1.0 [s].
• Execution Time monitor
WDT error will be detected
after one second when
calculation processing and
other processing are abnormal
and processing stops.
