Speed Limit

The "speed limit function" limits the set velocity to a value within the speed limit value setting range when the set velocity
during control exceeds the speed limit value. By limiting the set velocity within the preset speed limit value setting range, even
if an incorrect command or unexpected operation occurs, damage to the machine can be prevented.

How to set the speed limit function

Speed limit value for each axis
Set the parameters, AxisName.Pr.VelocityLimit_Positive and AxisName.Pr.VelocityLimit_Negative, for each axis. If a value
which is outside the setting range is input, the error "Out of Forward Direction Speed Limit Value Setting Range" (error code:
1A08H) or the error "Out of Reverse Direction Speed Limit Value Setting Range" (error code: 1A09) will occur.

Sets the speed limit value of the axes group.

Sets the speed limit value (the maximum speed during control) for the
positive direction operation.
Sets the speed limit value (the maximum speed during control) for the
negative direction operation.
