The number of cycles until the cycle over warning of each
cycle is detected can be set.
Warning is not detected when 0 is set.
The number of cycles until the cycle over error of each cycle
is detected can be set.
An assignment for the over error of each cycle can be
selected.

3: ModerateError (Moderate error)
Stores the processing time of each cycle in a unit of ns.
Stores the maximum processing time of each cycle in a unit of
ns.
Stores the cycle setting of each cycle in a unit of ns.
Becomes TRUE when the cycle over of each cycle is
detected.
