Ex.
When reading operation profile data of the cam data format for 10 points of buffer memory (Data1 is G1000 or more and
Data2 is G3000 or more)
Data1.Target..."[DEV](PROFILE_CAM_DATA)G1000"
Data2.Target..."[DEV](LREAL[1..10])G3000"
If the type of the specified data structure for read/write does not match the type that is required for each operation profile data,
the error "Read/Write Data Type Incorrect" (error code: 3462H) will occur.
• Offset (Offset)
Specifies offset from the top for operation profile data specified in ProfileData.
If Offset exceeds the range of operation profile data, the error "Out of Offset Range" (error code: 3413H) will occur, and read/
write will not be performed.
Set 0. (When other than "0" is set, the error "Number of Offset/Read/Write Data Incorrect" (error code: 3465H) will occur.)
• Points (Number of read data/Number of write data)
Specifies the number of data points to read and the number of data points to write.
When Points exceeds the number of elements of the operation profile data, read/write is carried out within the number of
elements of the operation profile data range.
Set 0. (When other than "0" is set, the error "Number of Offset/Read/Write Data Incorrect" (error code: 3465H) will occur.)
• Target (Read destination/write destination)
Specifies read destination and write destination of the operation profile data.
Target
Read operation
0: OpenArea
• The value of PROFILE_DATA.ID is referred, and read is carried
out to the operation profile data that the ID indicates in open
area.
• If operation profile data does not exist (unopened), the error "No
Calculation Profile" (error code: 340FH) will occur.
1: File
• The value of PROFILE_DATA.Location is referred, and read is
carried out to the operation profile data that the file name and
the path indicate.
• If operation profile data does not exist, the error "No Calculation
Profile" (error code: 340FH) will occur.
• When Target is "1: File", processing is carried out at a cycle with lower priority than the operation cycle.
Therefore, it may take time to read/write depending on processing details and operation profile data.
• When Target is "0: OpenArea", read/write is carried out depending on the cycle of executed program.
13 OPERATION PROFILE FUNCTION

13.1 Operation Profile Data
Write operation
• The value of PROFILE_DATA.ID is referred, and write is carried
out to the operation profile data that the ID indicates in open
area.
• The value of PROFILE_DATA.ID is referred, and write is carried
out to the operation profile data that the ID indicates in open
area. Then The value of PROFILE_DATA.Location is referred,
and write is carried out to the operation profile data that the file
name and the path indicate.
• If the specified file exists, overwrite is carried out.
• If the specified file does not exist, a new file will be created when
both Offset and Points are "0".
• When creating a new file, both Offset and Points must be "0",
otherwise the error "Number of Offset/Read/Write Data
Incorrect" (error code: 3465H) will occur. (Write to the open area
is executed.)
