Reset the error/warning of a single axis and drive unit error by AxisName.Cd.ErrorReset.

■AxisName.Cd.ErrorReset
• Reset is executed at the rising edge detection of AxisName.Cd.ErrorReset.
• When the reset is completed, AxisName.Cd.ErrorReset becomes FALSE.
• If the error reset is not succeeded, AxisName.Cd.ErrorReset remains TRUE.
