Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Unlock the top of the washer and remove
four screws from the chemical dispenser.
2.
Remove four screws, two from each hinge
on each side, on the back of the washer.

Lift the top up to disengage from the hinges
and remove it.
nOTe: This is a butterfly hinge with two
screws at the top of each hinge and two pop
rivets at the bottom of each hinge. Earlier
models may have all pop rivets which will
require drilling out the top two rivets in
each hinge to remove the top. To replace
the hinge totally, drill out the pop rivets and
replace the hinge.
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Loosen completely, but not remove, the
two star head screws on the lower service
panel. There are spacers inside to keep
the panel from being crushed when it is
reinstalled and the screws are tightened.
2.
Remove the panel from the washer.
