10. Install a standard two arm puller to the
trunnion with the pushing bolt centered on
the center bolt.
11. Push the basket out of the back plate
trunnion assembly.
nOTe: Make sure not to loosen any of
the bolts on the trunnion that support the
spokes attached to the back plate.
12. Use two people to lift the back plate
trunnion assembly off the basket shaft and
set it front side up on a work surface.
13. Remove the six 10mm bolts, with lock and
flat washers, from the seal plate.

14. Remove the seal plate and then the seal
from the seal holder.

15. Remove the seal holder by prying it off the
bearing housing.

nOTe: Avoid damage to the seal holder.
16. Remove bearing retainer snap ring from
bearing housing, using a snap ring tool.
