Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.

Disconnect the door lock wire harness
connector from the control board at DL1.
Door Lock
Wire Harness
To test the Door Lock Solenoid Coil:
Touch one test lead to wire #49.
Touch other test lead to wire #10.
The meter should indicate 7000 to 8000 Ω.
To test the Door Unlock Solenoid Coil:
Touch one test lead to wire #11.
Touch other test lead to wire #50.
The meter should indicate 7000 to 8000 Ω.
To test the Bi-metal:
Touch one test lead to wire #38.
Touch other test lead to Grey wire.
The meter should indicate 17000 Ω.
Electrical Shock Hazard

To test the Door Closed Switch:
Touch one test lead to wire #44.
Touch other test lead to wire #45.
The meter should indicate continuity (0 Ω) with
the door closed.
To test the Door Locked Switch:
Touch one test lead to purple wire.
Touch other test lead to red wire.
The meter should indicate continuity (0 Ω) with
the door closed and locked.
