7. Use a standard 2 arm puller to remove
the trunnion. Make sure the 2 hooks are
properly positioned in the trunnion and the
push bolt is positioned in the middle of the
center bolt. It may be necessary to use
a flat blade screwdriver to separate the
trunnion from the tub so the puller will pull
the trunnion and not push the tub out. (See
photo top of next column, page 4-49).
8. Avoid loosing the 4 brass washers under
the trunnion. If they are firmly stuck to the
frame, leave them in place. If not, mark
their position, side and direction to they
can be reinstalled in the same position they
were in. If new washers are available, clean
the surface of the frame without removing
any material and replace all four washers.
9. Place the wood block, #518918, on the
frame to support the basket shaft. This
wood block is 2 3/8" square.
