Use the bar wrench #514695 to turn the
nut of the threaded rod to push the pulley
onto the shaft.

Use the lever bar #514759 to block the
pulley from moving when tightening.

Verify that the machined side of the
pulley sits against the inner race of the
bearing. Check and tighten until this is
accomplished.

Remove the lever bar and bar wrench.
Use a 17mm hex key to remove the
threaded rod and tools.

Use a small amount of Loctite® 222 on
the center bolt and reinstall the center bolt
into the shaft end.

Again block the pulley with the lever bar
while tightening the center bolt.

To replace the v-belt, use a pry bar or
board to lift the motor up a little.

Place the inner v-belt around the motor
pulley and the basket pulley.

Repeat the process for the outer v-belt,
then lower the motor back in place.

Remove the basket support tool.

Check the space between the basket and
outer tub to make sure it hasn't changed
and that it is centered.

Turn it to make sure that the basket does
not scrape.

Replace all panels and close the door.
